AND M. ROBERT GOLDMAN & CO. close a $5,000,000 loan on a 34,454 sq. ft. Shopping Center in Holbrook, Long Island, NY


New York, December 1, 2003: Winter & Company Commercial Real Estate Finance, together with M. Robert Goldman & Co., Inc. as correspondent for the insurance company lender, have successfully arranged a $5,000,000 loan on a shopping center in Holbrook, NY consisting of 3 retail buildings with 177 parking spaces. The shopping center has approx. 34,454 sq. ft. and is positioned on 4.4 acres. The primary tenants are CVS Drugs and Outback Steakhouse.

This 20-year, self-liquidating loan was arranged at a fixed rate of 6.13%. The loan, which was placed by Henry Berliss, EVP of Winter & Company, closed on November 10, 2003.
