Winter & Company Commercial Real Estate Finance has arranged a $6,525,000 loan for the site acquisition and construction of an 8-story, 19-unit condominium building with ground floor commercial space (to be structured as a commercial condominium unit) on Atlantic Avenue in the Boerum Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn. The building will feature one, two and three bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 800 square feet to 1,508 square feet.  Some of the units have terraces, taking advantage of a prime location on the hot Atlantic Avenue corridor between Brooklyn Heights and Park Slope.

The loan was arranged by Henry Berliss and Gregg Winter on behalf of a partnership of three families who are active developers of residential properties in New York City. The developers were pleased to have an aggressively-priced LIBOR-based loan placed with a savvy construction lender with a reputation for excellent service.
