The loan was used to acquire an 8,500 sq. ft., full-floor office unit in a commercial cooperative building in Manhattan’s Flatiron District on lower Fifth Avenue. This 10-year, fixed-rate loan with a 25-year amortization schedule closed on March 1, 2004. It was placed with a regional commercial bank.
