Dan Silver of Winter & Company has recently closed a permanent loan on 2 dormitory buildings on the campus of Stephens College in Columbia, MO. Stephens, founded in 1833, is the second oldest women's college in the country.

Original construction of the buildings dates to 1918-1919. A historic rehabilitation was recently completed to house a total of 153 students. Both buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Both buildings are subject to a subordinate ground lease.

The loan in the amount of $7,500,000 was placed with a regional bank for a 6 year term at a variable rate of interest.
