Henry Berliss of Winter & Company Commercial closed the loan with an insurance company based in the Mid-West. The 20-year self-liquidating mortgage was arranged with no points to the lender and a fixed rate of 6.25% that the lender committed to in July 2003. The loan closed January 23, 2004.
