The building has been owned and operated by a local investor who also owns several other properties in the area. The property has primarily retail space on the first level and office use on the second level. The owner/operator has successfully increased the occupancy and rent roll since he acquired and renovated the property several years ago.

The loan closed on June 1, 2007 at a rate fixed for 7 years. Henry Berliss, Executive Vice President of Winter & Company, arranged this loan with a national lender.
