The shopping center has approx. 34,454 SF and is positioned on 4.4 acres. The primary tenants are CVS Drugs and Outback Steakhouse.

This 20-year, self-liquidating loan was arranged at a fixed rate of 6.13%. The loan, which was placed by Henry Berliss, EVP of Winter & Company, closed on November 10, 2003.
