$10,800,000 underlying mortgage for an Upper West Side cooperative

Winter & Company has refinanced the underlying mortgage for the board of a pre-war, Upper West Side cooperative building located on West 89th street near Broadway. W&Co was able to lock in a 2.85%, 10-year fixed rate loan for the board of this 164-unit, 12-story property. The loan closed in December 2019.
