$6,000,000 underlying mortgage for a 47-unit luxury Upper West Side cooperative

Winter & Company has refinanced the underlying mortgage for this 12-story, pre-war, 47-unit luxury cooperative building located on West End Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, near 104th Street. Amid ongoing capital improvement projects, additional capital was required to complete the next phase of CapEx and the co-op also wanted to pro-actively work to mitigate future interest rate risk by replacing their existing 3.25% mortgage with a new loan with an even lower 2.875% interest rate, locking in their rate for the next decade.
