Winter & Company was established in 1989 with a focus on the placement of cooperative underlying mortgages and unsecured credit lines for co-op corporations. We have been entrusted with providing advice and arranging new financing for hundreds of cooperative boards, helping them to achieve optimal financing solutions. In many cases, the co-ops boards have become repeat clients as new projects arise and their needs change over time.

Winter & Company arranges construction financing for developers of residential condominiums and rental properties, as well as arranging many other types of commercial mortgages above $10 million.
